Project “Alliance of amateur basketball Referees” is implemented by Sport Club “Tvrdjava” from Serbia in partnership with Barcel’hona Sports Events from Spain, Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) from Serbia, Association for Promotion of Sports “Crohoops” from Croatia and APS ASD Margherita Sport e Vita from Italy in the period 01.06.2022 – 31.05.2023.
General goal: To foster transnational cooperation in the field of amateur basketball.
Objectives of the project are:
– To develop a new methodology for the education of amateur basketball referees
– To provide young athletes, students, amateurs, and recreational players with the skills and competencies of basketball referees at amateur basketball competitions.
– To form an Alliance of amateur basketball referees. The project will provide a set of skills for referees in basketball, especially focusing on young players offering them an alternative after finishing their career in basketball. Working with amateur sports is more and more popular and massive and it needs to find qualified persons who will be specialized only in these sorts of sports, as that is the case with people who are engaged from official sports alliances. Considering that 40% of basketball players in the world are amateur basketball players and semi-amateurs project will also result in the formation of the Alliance of amateur basketball referees.

Projekat “Alliance of amateur basketball referees” realizuje Sportski klub „Tvrđava“ iz Srbije u partnerstvu sa Barsel’hona Sport Events iz Španije, Klubom za osnaživanje mladih 018 (KOM 018) iz Srbije, Udruženjem za promociju sporta „Crohoops“ iz Hrvatske i ASD Margherita Sports e Vita iz Italije u periodu 01.06.2022 – 31.05.2023.
Opšti cilj: Podsticanje međunarodne saradnje u oblasti amaterske košarke.
Ciljevi projekta su:
– Razviti novu metodologiju za obuku košarkaških sudija amatera.
– Pružiti mladim sportistima, studentima, amaterima i rekreativcima veštine i kompetencije košarkaških sudija na amaterskim takmičenjima u košarci.
– Formirati Savez košarkaških sudija amatera. Projekat će obezbediti set veština za sudije u košarci, posebno fokusirajući se na mlade igrače koji će im ponuditi alternativu nakon završetka košarkaške karijere. Amaterski sport je sve popularniji i masovniji i potrebno je pronaći kvalifikovane ljude koji će biti specijalizovani samo za ove vrste sportova, kao što je to slučaj sa ljudima koji su angažovani iz zvaničnih sportskih saveza. S obzirom da su 40% košarkaša u svetu košarkaši amateri i poluamateri projekat će rezultirati i formiranjem Saveza košarkaških sudija amatera.
Projekat finansira Evropska unija (ERASMUS-SPORT-2021-SSCP).
